As the firm’s Senior Wealth Advisor, Robert helps clients make smart decisions about their money, while remaining focused on their long-term financial goals. He develops, implements and monitors custom investment strategies that are seamlessly integrated into each client’s overall financial plan.
Robert has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Northern Lakes, he was a senior financial advisor at Thrivent Financial where, in addition to providing financial advice, he also supported clients with insurance and annuity solutions.
Robert is actively involved with (LAMP), Lutheran Hour Ministries and Lutheran Church Charities.
Robert has been married to his wife, Catherine, for 45 years. They have two-children, Liz Mengo (who also works at Northern Lakes) and Christopher Viau. In his free time, Robert enjoys woodworking and building model railroads.
